Thanks for your timely sermon. Our Savior came for all of creation. Yesterday our local art center had a class on plants that are native to MN and how to create gardens using them. MN now has legislation that allows anyone to put as much as their entire yard in native plants and grasses. An art center in another town is having a class on edible plants.

That sounds like a great class. My wife gave me Douglas Tallamy's book, "Nature's Best Hope." His thesis is that if we converted have our grass yards to native plants that are edible for birds and bees, we would equal the natural park land in America. It's a mindset shift that where our small actions really do add together. We built our house in Maine, and are experimenting with a clover yard instead of grass. We will see how it goes this Spring.
